By using Wireless Orbit services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for use of Wireless Orbit. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions given in this document, you cannot use Wireless Orbit's services.
Wireless Orbit is a brand of Woteb, LLC (hereinafter "Woteb"), a company registered in the State of California. Wireless Orbit is set of services providing hosted authentication and billing services to wireless businesses. By signing up for Wireless Orbit you gain access to these services which provide you with a centralised way of managing your wireless business.
Woteb reserves the right to modify at any time these terms and conditions in whole or in part.
- Definitions
- Control Center: The Control Center is the web-based central management UI for the Wireless Orbit services.
- Operator: Operators are the individuals who access the Wireless Orbit Control Center to manage Wireless Orbit services.
- End user: End users or "users" are the individuals who are authenticated via the Wireless Orbit services.
- You: You in this document refers to a customer of Woteb using the Wireless Orbit services.
- Subject of this document
- The terms and conditions given in this document regulate the provision of the Wireless Orbit services between Woteb and its customers.
- Except where expressly stated otherwise, these terms and conditions constitute the whole of the contractual relationship between Woteb and its customers.
- Description of Wireless Orbit Services
- Wireless Orbit provides hosted RADIUS services to help you in managing authentication services for your wireless networks.
- Wireless Orbit provides access to the Control Center to allow you to configure the behaviour of the hosted RADIUS services. For example, the ability to add, delete, and edit end user accounts for use on your wireless networks.
- The exact features and functions offered by the Wireless Orbit Services may be changed without notice. These changes may include but are not limited to bug fixes, feature updates, and changes to the third-party wireless hardware supported by the service.
- Termination or Change of this Agreement
- Either party may elect to terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate this agreement by sending an email to support@wirelessorbit.com indicating your desire to terminate the agreement, or by cancelling the Wireless Services via the Control Center.
- Woteb may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason including but not limited to violation of any of the terms and conditions given herein. If we wish to terminate this agreement you will be informed by email to the address given when you registered for the Wireless Orbit services.
- This agreement will end immediately upon termination by either party.
- Woteb may change this agreement at any time. Changes may be made for any reason, including but not limited to changes in the features offered by the Wireless Orbit Services.
- Limitation of Liability
- Woteb shall only be liable for losses under these terms and conditions which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.
- Woteb shall not be liable for damages incurred by misuse of the Wireless Orbit services or by reason of other services or products used in conjunction with the Wireless Orbit services, including but not limited to the use of information or advice received through use of the Wireless Orbit services or any links or references provided in the Wireless Orbit services.
- Entirety of Agreement
- This terms and conditions of this agreement and, where applicable, any additional terms and conditions accepted as part of the registration process are in substitution for all previous agreements, covenants, or undertakings, whether oral or in writing, between all or any of the parties hereto and contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to the subject of this agreement.
- Severability
- If any provision of this agreement is or part thereof is rendered void, illegal, or unenforceable by any law or legislation to which it is subject, it shall be rendered void, illegal, or unenforceable to that extend and no further.
