Timecode example

In this example we'll set up everything needed to allow generation of batches of preprinted timecodes. Each timecode will be good for one day. In this example we'll use the express account class creation interface. We'll generate 10 timecodes and export them to a PDF file for printing.
Express Account Class Interface
In the Control Center click on Account Classes in the main menu on the left and then click on Express in the navbar on top. From here:
- In the Account Class Name blank enter "Daily Timecodes"
- From the Account Type pulldown select "Timecode"
- Leave the Bytes Down blank empty
- Leave the Bytes Up blank empty
- From the Usage Limit Type pulldown select "Calendar Time (From First Login)"
- In the Duration blank enter "1" and select "days(s)"
- Uncheck the Allow Signups checkbox
- Click on the Add button
You will see confirmation message and a some information about how to create accounts, which we'll cover in detail now.
Accounts
Now click on Accounts in the main menu and then on Batch in the navbar. From here:
- From the Account Class pulldown select "Daily Timecodes"
- In the Number blank enter "10"
- From the Card Color pulldown select whatever color you want
- Edit the Heading text if you wish
- Click on the Submit button
You will see a list of the created timecodes. Click on the Export PDF link to download a PDF file of the timecodes.
